Look what I found--        Fried Ube Halaya (purple yam jam)

Where can you find this--  Sala Cafe, Kabayan Hotel, Pasay
What's unique--            The only fried purple yam jam I know of
What's in it that I know of-- 1. Homemade purple yam jam,
                           hand blended on slow cooking
                          (did I say that right?)
                           2. Fresh jackfruit
                           3. Fresh mango puree
                           4. Freshly made crepe
